Franca and Marco welcome you in a familiar and peaceful structure, in a well-preserved and maintained historical building.
Large and comfortable rooms offer you an accomation comparable to Inns and Hotels, and in the the larg courtyard you will have the chance of having
a rest in the colours of the garden, with flowers (including geraniums) and trees, including a wonderful magnolia tree.
La Magnolia is a few steps away from the historical citycentre of Bologna and from Piazza Maggiore. This is a particular advantage for guests who
stay in Bologna on business, to study or simply to be tourists in Italy, for short or longer periods.
Piazza Maggiore and the Two Towers, Via Indipendenza, the city centre are just ten minutes away on foot. The Fair Ground is only three kms. away,
and the Guest can reach it in its own car, through the main central ring road.

Rooms at the Bed and Breakfast La Magnolia can be single or double, nicely furnished and in a veery functional style.
The guests' comfort is guaranteed by LCT TV set, fridge, air conditioning system (independent in each room). Guests can have Breakfast in their rooms
or in the Garden. All what it takes for a good Breakfast is available in the room, and it can be prepared easily and quickly.
Linen can be found in the bedroom, and rooms ar cleaned every day.
Room Prices are indicated per room, per day and include overnight stay and breakfast.

La Magnolia is green even under the snow!
Much snow has fallen over Bologna during the Christmas holidays 2009, and the usual green colour of La Magnolia garden has been abruptly turned to
white.
Excepted for the usual problems (and unfortunately dangers) which snow brings about in cities and towns, all at La Magnolia - guests included - have
appreciated this unexpected white circumstance, which has covered the green lawn and trees which we are accustomed to.
