All of us, either Italians or foreigners visiting Itlay, have tasted Tortellini, one of the most typical types of Pasta.
Anyway, if we liked them, and if we have not tasted them at least once in Bologna, hand made by the expert hands of Bologna Pasta makers,
and served them strictly as "in brodo" (let inexperienced gastronomy experts enjoy them with meat sauce), as yellow as the sun and as rough
as the hands of strong Padana Valley farm workers, covered with Parmesan grated cheese, in this case we are lucky, because we still have
something good to discover in this life, which has given us all, and maybe too much.
My compliments to the people in Bologna and to their Tortellini.
