Dear Franca, I am dropping you some lines to thank you for the hospitality you had for me during my stay at La Magnolia. Your Bed and Breakfast is cosy, clean, cheap and comfortable, and its location is so practical to go around Bologna. Anyway, what makes it really special is your hosting guests in such a discreet way, which can be felt from the very beginning. Although I am very closely bound to my family and my town, during my stay at La Magnolia I really felt like being at home. This is possible only if your acticity is run with your heart first. Therefore, let me thank you and wish you all the best for the new year and for your future life. I will thank you personally again during my next trip to Bologna! Cheers,

When you are at La Magnolia you feel at home! Franca's hospitality, her attention to details and guests' needs, and especially - as young Lorenzo says - the unmistakable scent of her little house make this place warm and inviting. Once you get there... you would never leave!

Words do not come easy to me to explain what La Magnolia is like, you have to go there to understand.
I was supposed to stay one month, and ended up remaining here three years.

We stayed at this B&B for 3 nights and we really enjoyed our stay.
It was in the perfect location, so it was easy to walk everywhere (bus is only 50 meter away for the center of city).
Our room was perfect, very clean and well kept.
Franca e Marco are very nice and helpful.
The self-service breakfast was very delicous.
You can also use their microwave and the coffee machine.
